Childwise ABA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, with a dedicated team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivering evidence-based services to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions

• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22–$28 per hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Monday–Friday schedules available
• Weekend opportunities available
• 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
