Job summary

Childwise ABA in Weston, MA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, implement therapy plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and collect data to monitor progress.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22-28 per hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Monday–Friday schedules available
• Weekend opportunities available
• 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
