SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Behavior Interventionists for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. Join a multidisciplinary team and receive weekly supervision from Behavior Specialists as part of a supportive workplace recognized as a Top Workplace.

You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans, work with students using ABA to increase independence and data-tracking for progress, while partnering with teachers to apply targeted interventions during the school day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months ABA experience and/or school-based student support.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance.

SPG was founded in 1989 by a Speech Language Pathologist seeking to improve the way students receive clinical support at school. What started as a group focused on speech therapy, has grown to include multiple disciplines, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)!
