Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience and/or supervising programs for students with Autism.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
