Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions in Patterson, CA. Join a clinician-led organization dedicated to accessible, inclusive, and empowering services and a robust coaching and mentoring program.

You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, collaborate with educators, families, and school staff, provide coaching, monitor progress, and attend IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and school district standards.
