Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a preschool-aged child with autism in New Jersey. Training will be provided, and a flexible schedule with competitive rates is offered.
You will conduct therapy sessions at the home, collect data, and maintain notes, reporting to a supervising BCBA. Travel is possible, with a 10–15 hour weekly commitment and a Monday–Friday schedule, weekends as needed.
Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In Home

We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy. Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members
High School Diploma (required)
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
Experience working with young children (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25-30 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
