Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to a preschool-aged child in Millville, NJ after school hours. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and potential travel compensation as needed.

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Willingness to travel 100% and commute to Millville, NJ.

• Conduct ABA services in the home for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection for session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes and required paperwork.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements: Behavior Technician (BT)

• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25-30 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
