Empire ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) in Magnolia, NC to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and track progress while partnering with families for client success.

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings, including in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. You will also collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
