Job summary

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support pediatric clients with Autism through ABA-based interventions. You will work evenings, 1:1 with children, in both home and center settings, under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include collecting data, documenting progress, and implementing individualized ABA programs. CPR certification is required, and CEU opportunities are provided through the employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 1315 Macom Drive, Suite 103, Naperville, IL 60564

Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00, hourly, based on years of experience

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to joinour fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team.In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
