Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, in-community or in-center settings in Salisbury, MD. The BT will implement plans designed by a BCBA and help collect progress data.

Compensation ranges from $12 to $25 per hour with full- or part-time options and flexible weekend scheduling. The role emphasizes professional development, supervision, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Adhere to BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

• Pay Range: $12 - $25/hour
• Full- or Part-Time Positions: Monday through Friday and weekends (optional and flexible)
