Job summary

Childwise ABA in Ohio is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will help collect behavioral data, implement plans created by BCBAs, and support daily living skills to promote independence.

We offer flexible schedules between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, both full-time and part-time roles, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid training, PTO, holidays, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technicians (BTs):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Hourly pay: $18–$22 (based on experience and certification)
