Job summary

Childwise ABA, based in Massachusetts, is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will accurately collect and document behavioral data and follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs, while supporting daily living skills to promote independence.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with competitive hourly pay $22–$28 and access to comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.

• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Accurately collect and document behavioral data

• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs

• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence

• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)

• Full-time and part-time: 15- 40 hours per week

• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
