Childwise ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. You will collect behavioral data, implement BCBAs plans, and support ADLs to promote independence.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.

• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technicians (BTs):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Accurately collect and document behavioral data

• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs

• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence

• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs):

• Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
