You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, receiving weekly supervision and ongoing clinical support to maintain high-quality care. Opportunities for professional development and BCBA credential support are available.
We are seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists (BTs) to join our team. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers.
For BTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation — our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive weekly supervision, along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits. This ongoing support helps BTs feel supported while maintaining high-quality care in the home.
