Childwise ABA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. Our team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivers evidence-based services to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth with flexible schedules. Part-time and full-time positions are available, including Monday–Friday and weekend shifts in Massachusetts.

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and record data during therapy sessions

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition

• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22–$28 per hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Monday–Friday schedules available

• Weekend opportunities available

• 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
