Qualifications

• Candidate must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test; background check required.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and assist with mobility tasks as needed.
• Document progress and follow supervisory directions.
