Job summary

Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers training, a pay range of $19 - $24 per hour, and opportunities to grow in a structured environment; candidates must be patient, team-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors in children with autism.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to deliver training.
