Job summary

Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA supervision.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, with comprehensive training provided.

The role requires patience, compassion, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB test if needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to assist and assist in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
