Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related challenges in home or community settings. You will work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior-change plans, help clients build social and communication skills, and document progress to promote independence.

The role focuses on reducing challenging behaviors, fostering meaningful engagement, and supporting families.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with special needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Either completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of experience working with children in relevant roles such as Child Development professional, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician
