Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to clients with autism and similar developmental challenges in home or community settings. Role Overview: As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental challenges in home or community settings. Working alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you will implement behavior-change plans, support skill development in communication and socialization, and help reduce restrictive behaviors. Your efforts will contribute to clients' greater independence and improved quality of life.
