Job summary

AccessHealth is looking for a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children who have autism and related developmental challenges. You will implement behavior plans, document progress, and support social and communication skills.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication, and adherence to plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

  • Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year of experience working with children in related roles such as paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist, or ABA therapist.

This role involves working one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans, and documenting progress to support their development. It requires a compassionate attitude, communication skills, and relevant experience or education in behavioral health or child development.
