Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician to support children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental or behavioral challenges. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement behavior change plans and help clients develop social and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
