The VIOS Clinic in Spokane Valley, WA seeks a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism to improve social and communication skills and address restrictive behaviors. You will document progress, implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and collaborate with a supportive team in a pediatric clinical setting.

Role Overview

The Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children with Autism to improve social and communication skills, and address restrictive behaviors. Responsibilities include documenting progress and implementing behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Completion of relevant college coursework or minimum one year experience working with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician
