Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Virginia Beach offers a BT role providing one-on-one behavioral support in a center-based setting. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum, while collecting data and reporting progress to the supervising BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental delays or autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical tasks to keep pace with children during sessions.
