Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Fairfax / Tysons, VA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT). Starting BT pay is $22.25/hour and RBT $24.60/hour, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Training is provided; opportunities for advancement and referral bonuses are available. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in various settings, teaching skills, recording data, and collaborating with BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress & maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
