Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 1–6 under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a play-based environment.

The role involves a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, offering paid training and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect real-time data and track client progress.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Teach communication, language, and social skills.
• Support daily living and independence skills.
