Job summary

AB Spectrum is hiring Behavior Technicians to support young children through evidence-based early intervention. You will help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while forming meaningful relationships with children and families in a structured, daytime schedule.

This active clinical role emphasizes hands-on teaching, data collection, and adherence to individualized treatment plans. Training is provided, with opportunities for BCBA mentorship and career growth within AB

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to your assigned clinic.
• Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
