Job summary
Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a Behavior Tech Rockstar in California. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, delivering hands-on ABA sessions and tracking progress with clear data. Training is provided, and you’ll be paid during training.
Ideal candidates bring community-based experience and a drive to grow within our supportive team. A California driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred. Benefits include flexible hours and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 60 college units with related field experience OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field with 6 months of experience
- Willing to obtain California Driver's License and have reliable vehicle, insurance on policy
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children in home visits to implement ABA lesson plans
- Track progress and celebrate wins with precise data collection
- Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments
- Drive between client homes as part of regular duties
