Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is seeking individuals to support children with special needs. The role focuses on improving social and communication skills, and implementing behavior plans under supervision.

This position offers an hourly pay range of $21–$25 DOE with flexible morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekly paychecks, and opportunities such as tuition reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience or coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or related child-focused fields.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
