Job summary
Maxim Healthcare is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one behavior intervention services in home settings for individuals with autism and other behavioral needs. Openings include entry, mid, and experienced levels; roles involve working in various LA area locations with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in educational or healthcare settings preferred
- 1+ year experience with special needs and challenging behaviors
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CPI certification preferred
- RBT certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
- Support daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and behavior
- Assist with personal care activities including bathing, hygiene, meals, dressing, and mobility
- Collect and document data on behaviors and goals in the Behavior Support Plan
