Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support in home or community settings for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar needs. You will help clients build social and communication skills and follow plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

The role emphasizes documenting progress, participating in structured interactions, and collaborating with families to reduce challenging behaviors, while offering pathways to meaningful skill

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges.
• Help individuals build social and communication skills.
• Support families by addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Follow behavior-change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Collect and document progress, milestones, and session information accurately.
• Create encouraging, structured interactions during every session.
