At Behavioral Framework, we help children and young adults (up to age 21) build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Part‑Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one‑on‑one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
No prior ABA experience is required — we provide free training and certification. Technicians typically work 4–5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4–5 hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.
Starting pay: $20/hour, with opportunities to increase to $23/hour as early as 6 months.
