Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a Part-Time In Home Behavior Technician to support children with autism in their homes. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, teach communication and daily living skills, and collect progress data.

You'll work 4-5 afternoons/evenings per week, with flexible schedules and paid training including RBT certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; no prior ABA experience is necessary.

In Home Behavior Technician (Part-Time)

At Behavioral Framework, we help children and young adults (up to age 21) build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children. No prior ABA experience is required - we provide free training and certification.

Our technicians typically work 4-5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4-5 hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes by:

• Implementing individualized behavior plans created by your BCBA supervisor
• Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
• Using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage progress
• Collecting session data and writing progress notesCollaborating with your BCBA and caregivers to support client development
• Engaging in play-based learning activities that build trust and skills

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (childcare, tutoring, teaching, coaching, etc.)
• High School or Equivalent Education
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation/Car - Bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email
• Physically and actively able to participate in the implementation of all aspects of ABA therapy
• Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Must be available 4-5 weekdays, working 4-5 hours per day within that window. Specific schedules are assigned based on client needs.
