Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will follow individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to support child development and family goals.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and physical stamina to assist children with activities and skill-building. Competitive hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
• Support children in building meaningful life and social skills.
• Must be physically present at the job location 20–30 hours per week.
