Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC in Maryland is hiring Disability Support Professionals to train to become Behavior Technicians and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families. You will provide ABA therapy in a home setting and work with your BCBA Supervisor to implement tailored intervention plans, while collecting data and documenting progress.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus for qualified RBTs, free training to become an RBT, ongoing incentives and weekend premiums,

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• 20–30 hours per week.
• Must be physically present at the job location.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
• Support children in building meaningful life and social skills.
