Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home settings in Virginia. You will provide ABA therapy and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data and collaborating with your BCBA supervisor to ensure progress.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, free training to become an RBT, weekend premium pay, Teladoc medical care, BCBA supervision, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location
• 20 – 30 hours per week
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
