Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism under supervision. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and support progress with the BCBA.

A strong emphasis on communication and reliability helps families build skills for everyday life. We offer a $500 sign-on for certified RBTs, free training to become an RBT, and ongoing incentives with weekend premium rates.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience working with children with special needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location 20-30 hours per week.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
