Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is hiring a Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technician in Nashville, TN. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, following plans created by a BCBA. Training and certification are provided, with a focus on developing communication and daily living skills.

The role operates 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on 4–5 weekdays, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth in behavioral health.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children or caregiving is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be physically able to participate in ABA therapy activities.
  • Ability to use Zoom and email on a mobile device or computer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home.

# **In Home Behavior Technician (Part-Time)**## ***Start a meaningful career supporting children with autism — and earn a nationally recognized credential while you do it.***## At Behavioral Framework, we help children and young adults (up to age 21) build communication, social, and daily living skills through **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy**.
