Behavioral Framework is hiring Disability Support Professionals to train to become Behavior Technicians who will provide ABA therapy in home settings and help children with autism and their families.

The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus for previously certified RBTs, free training to become an RBT, ongoing incentives, and opportunities for growth with supervision from BCBA professionals.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location 20 – 30 hours per week.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
