Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, helping develop social and communication skills in home-based settings.

You will implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, document progress, and help children reach developmental milestones. The role requires compassionate interaction and reliable collaboration with families and specialists.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Completion of coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year of experience working with children in related roles such as child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, ABA therapist, or behavior technician
