Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy with BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one in the child’s home, implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking progress through data and notes.

Families and the clinical team collaborate to drive outcomes, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules. Responsibilities include engaging with children, maintaining active sessions, and contributing to the child’s communication, play, and life

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• RBT certification path will be supported if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Work Setting:

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT):

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.

You will:

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
