Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support for children and adolescents in Ohio. The role uses play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, following BCBA-designed plans.

You will grow with us through paid training to become an RBT, weekly 1:1 trainer support, and ongoing skill-building trainings, with clear paths for advancement in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Track progress and document session notes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius

(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)

Schedule Requirements:

• Afternoon availability (after school hours)
• At least 4 days per week
• Occasional weekend availability may be requested
