Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support for children and adolescents. You will use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, following plans designed by a BCBA.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
• (ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!).

Schedule Requirements:

• Afternoon availability (after school hours).
• At least 4 days per week.
• Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
