Qualifications

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. You will provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings, implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, and assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and training sessions, maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families, and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
