Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technician to support children with autism through ABA therapy. You0ll work one-on-one in a child0s home under a BCBA-created plan, delivering personalized skills training and collecting progress data.

You0ll receive free RBT training and certification, a starting wage of $23 per hour with potential increases, mentorship from a BCBA, and tuition assistance through GuidedPath programs.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email.
  • Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the childc9s home under a BCBA supervisor.
  • Implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Record session data and write progress notes.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
