Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children up to age 21. You’ll implement plans created by a BCBA and work one-on-one with clients in their homes, delivering focused skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas.

No prior ABA experience is required as free training and RBT certification are provided. Shifts are 4–5 afternoons/evenings per week, with mentoring from a BCBA and opportunities for career growth in

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in childcare, tutoring, teaching, or coaching settings.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email.
  • Physically able to participate in ABA therapy activities.
  • Available 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
  • Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA supervisor.
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Collect session data and write progress notes.
  • Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to support client development.
  • Engage in play-based learning activities that build skills.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
