Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Part-Time In Home Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, following plans created by a BCBA. The role involves data collection, progress notes, and collaborating with families to support child development.

Ideal candidates have prior experience with children and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and the schedule targets 4–5 weekday afternoons/evenings, with starting pay at $20/hour and room for raises after

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to use Zoom/Email.
• Physical ability to participate in ABA therapy activities.
• Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and collect session data.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to support development.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Engage in play-based learning to build trust and progress.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
