Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technician to support children with autism. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, delivering one-on-one therapy in the child’s home and contributing to meaningful progress.

This role offers paid RBT training, a starting wage, and ongoing mentorship. Flexible afternoon/evening shifts with room for advancement in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (childcare, tutoring, teaching, coaching, etc.)
• High School or Equivalent Education
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email
• Physically active to participate in ABA therapy
• Available 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized behavior plans created by the BCBA supervisor.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and write progress notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers to support client development.
• Engage in play-based learning activities that build trust and skills.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
