Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is hiring a Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, teach essential skills, and track progress while building trusted relationships with families.

You’ll receive free RBT training, start at $23/hour, and have ongoing mentorship, with opportunities for growth in behavioral health and paid time off. Training occurs on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Access to a mobile device and ability to use Zoom and Email.
  • Ability to participate in ABA therapy including physical activities.
  • Availability 4–5 weekdays, 4–5 hours per day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in homes.
  • Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA supervisor.
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage progress.
  • Collect session data and write progress notes.
  • Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to support client development.
  • Engage in play-based learning activities to build trust and skills.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
