Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time In Home Behavior Technician to support children with autism through individualized ABA therapy in the home setting. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing plans and collecting data while building lasting relationships with clients and families.

Beginning at $20/hour with potential increases after 6 months or upon RBT certification, the role offers free RBT training, mentorship, tuition assistance, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (childcare, tutoring, teaching, coaching, etc.)
• High School or Equivalent Education
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email
• Physically and actively able to participate in ABA therapy
• Must be able to assume various postures during sessions
• Must have visual acuity to assess work quality
• Must be able to receive detailed information verbally
• Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized behavior plans created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage progress.
• Collect session data and write progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to support client development.
• Engage in play-based learning activities to build trust and skills.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
